We are looking for a strong generalist hr Manager to join an established team in a new role. Based locally with occasional regional travel, the role is an excellent opportunity to be fully involved in the running of the business and engages closely with operational managers. Typical activities will include: Employee relations providing advice on a wide range of issues Recruitment Coaching and training of line managers Ensuring policies and procedures are up to date It will be a hands on position, reporting to the Head of hr and would suit a candidate with a background in commercial hr roles with a significant er content.
